Your business is important to us, and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. Please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be happy to assist you. All queries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

Proof of Purchase: Please note that refunds, replacements and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official Eugenics Nutrition websites.

You must be able to provide a receipt showing that your products were purchased directly from Eugenics Nutrition to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Eugenics Nutrition website.
Supplements: Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official Eugenics Nutrition website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to Eugenics Nutrition’s Customer Service department within Twenty-Five (25) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be more than 75% used. Please call or email Customer Service to inquire about a return or exchange. Once Customer Service has verified your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email. Eugenics Nutrition will pay for return shipping.
